The ABYW Treatment Center offers Partial-hospitalization, Intensive Out-patient, Outpatient and Ambulatory Detox for adults who are struggling with drug or alcohol addiction and dual diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The Intensive Outpatient Program provides approximately 10 to 15 hours a week of services for eight weeks or longer to help patients attain and strengthen the skills they need for a lasting recovery, overcome shame and guilt, and gain confidence in their ability to live a full, productive, healthy and sober life.

 

An IOP is a primary treatment program recommended in some circumstances by a clinical and medical assessment. IOP may be recommended for those who do not need medically-supervised detox. IOP can also enable people in recovery to continue their recovery therapies following successful detox, on a part-time yet intensive schedule, designed to accommodate work and family life.
